I love old photos.  They give us an idea of what our ancestors looked like.  A few tidbits about the people above:

• Ida is the lady we are descended from.  She married Evan Evans.
• Joseph was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland.  He was about 27 years old when he came to the USA with his parents, brother, and sister.
• Lloyd served in the Army during World War I.  He served one year overseas, from 1918 to 1919 in the battles of Broyes Sector, Catigny, Aisne-Marne offensive, and Meuse-Argonne Offensive as part of the 16th Infantry, 1st Division.
• Marion married Gurthie Lloyd, Gilbert married Janet Lane, Elizabeth married Benjamin Evans (Evan’s brother), Jennie married a Jeffers, Alice married Messic Jones, and Vera married Joseph Davies.  I am not sure who Lloyd married.
